On the fiftieth anniversary of the first Black History Month, the regime removed an exhibit on slavery at Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia. The exhibit honored the lives of the nine people held there who were enslaved by President George Washington. In March 2025, the racist President in a fit of white fragility signed an executive order denying the long, long history of racism in America. This executive order, “Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History”, is an exercise in doublespeak.
The regime also axed exhibits at the Little Bighorn National Monument meant to honor tribal sacrifice and highlight the broken promises made to Native American tribes. It’s part of a plan to inject Trumpist brain rot across America’s national parks.
Civil rights activist Medgar Evers was shot in the back by Klansman, Byron De La Beckwith, in 1963. The NPS has removed brochures form the Medgar & Myrlie Evers Home National Monument in anticipation of edits that no longer call Beckwith a “racist.”
The Sierra Club said statement: “The moves are the latest actions by the Trump administration to whitewash and sanitize history at National Park Service sites by removing or changing signage about slavery, climate change, Native Americans, transgender rights, and other issues.”
